LOAD Day 1 Cali food

I decided to sign up for LOAD (LayOut A Day) for the month of Feb. I figured this would kick start a creative streak. Let’s hope it works! The first prompt was about food. I never thought I would use any of these photos but I’m glad I get a chance to now!

Cali Food

I really miss real Mexican food!!

Del Taco...need I say more?

This is one of the most simple layouts I’ve done in a long time. Some days I think my layouts will be like this more than I like but it’s worth getting them scrapped. That and I figure after doing 29+ layouts in a month my skill will have improved (let’s hope!).
As for the journaling…I really am craving good Mexican food now. Especially Del Taco which may not qualify as restaurant style or healthy but boy is it good! The one in Barstow is the best for any of you who know the area.
Thanks for stopping by! I’ll be back tomorrow with day 2.
Have a great night!

About photosglitterglue

I'm an domestic engineer (housewife) to two furry kids and a great hubby. I love photography and scrapbooking. I enjoy taking pictures of my family, especially my adorable nieces. I love to put glitter on my scrapping pages (and everything else!). My other interests are reading and gardening. I also spend a large amount of my time serving Jehovah God by studying the Bible and teaching others about the hope it holds.
