Hosta after dark

I’ve not had very much success taking photos with my iPhone so imagine my surprise when this photo taken at night actually looked decent! I was trying to capture the sparkly raindrops that were on the leaves.

I'm an domestic engineer (housewife) to two furry kids and a great hubby. I love photography and scrapbooking. I enjoy taking pictures of my family, especially my adorable nieces. I love to put glitter on my scrapping pages (and everything else!). My other interests are reading and gardening. I also spend a large amount of my time serving Jehovah God by studying the Bible and teaching others about the hope it holds.

Wow! That is pretty. I love how you also captured the variegation in the leaves.

What a great night-time picture. Our hostas are still just breaking through the ground (it’s been a very delayed spring). I always love how the raindrops look on them.
